About Leo A. Schultz

Our President/CEO has over 55 years of experience, and is still actively at the helm five days a week, directing, administering, marketing and assisting Sales Representatives with their appointments and sales.

He has been a leading producer for most major health insurance companies. Leo has worked for Prudential Life Insurance Company as well as Met Life, both in the capacity of Sales Representative and in Management. He also worked as an agent for Farmers Insurance. Additionally, Leo has been a consultant for Blue Cross of California, and our agency has been a leading producer for both Blue Cross and Blue Shield of California under his direction. Leo holds the Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow designation and has received numerous production awards.

He formerly held a Series 7 Securities Broker License as well as a Real Estate License, but he finally said that enough is enough!

Leo is proud of his family, which includes three children, four grandchildren and one wife! His attitude has always been that our clients are an extension of his family and this is our adopted philosophy.
